Alvorada 1, Alvorada, Arabian Ranches
Some homes just have a certain sort of calm as soon as you step in. This five bedroom villa in Alvorada Arabian Ranches really gives that feeling. I found myself wandering around for a bit when I first visited just looking at the garden and realizing how quiet it all felt. If you know Arabian Ranches you already know how established the neighborhoods are. You get leafy streets you can actually walk in and the sound outside is mostly birds and the odd kid on a bike in the afternoons. This house just seems to fit into all of that perfectly.
Walking up to the front you see how well cared for it is right away. Someone's spent real time on the landscaping here and it just looks healthy and green, not overdone. Inside the entryway you kind of pause because it opens up in a sort of round space that actually feels a bit more welcoming than your typical square hall. There is a wide living and dining area beyond that. It actually catches a lot of light from the big sliding doors that open up to the garden. I always think a garden you can actually use is a big deal in Dubai and this one has a sense of privacy since it backs onto the park. So you get sort of a green view with no one looking in plus your own swimming pool which is tucked around the side. I have seen a lot of families relaxing in these gardens and honestly it just feels easy here.
The kitchen area here is enclosed which some people really prefer and it has one of those breakfast islands that actually makes sense for families since you can imagine people just sitting there before work or school. The kitchen connects through to a separate maids room and a double garage which means you are never traipsing sandy shoes through the main living space. Downstairs is also where you find the first bedroom and it is roomy. If you have guests often or elderly family members it works out well since they get their own en-suite and no stairs to deal with.
Upstairs there are four more bedrooms spread out across the top so you do not get everyone bunched in one corner. The master bedroom honestly feels like a little retreat. It has its own en-suite bathroom, and the wardrobes are those built-in types so you are not squeezing around extra furniture. There is a big balcony off the master which looks out over the garden and a bit of the park. I spent a few minutes out there and it would probably be where most people end up with coffee every morning or maybe out at night when things go quiet. The second bedroom also gets its own bathroom which is really handy when you have teenagers or guests who want their own space. And the last two bedrooms share a bathroom so you can just imagine siblings or even setting up a work from home space where you are not staring at a wall all day.
One thing I think stands out about Alvorada is how green and peaceful it is but you still get a sense of energy from the community. You see people heading to tennis courts or out for a swim in the community pool and sometimes it just feels like everyone actually lives here for the lifestyle. There is always someone walking a dog in the evenings and the clubhouse is just a few minutes away for a last minute coffee or a bit of a catch up. If you are into golf the Arabian Ranches Golf Club is never far and the community souk has just enough shops that you do not need to drive out for basics all the time.
This villa has a built up area of four thousand four hundred twenty four square feet so it does not feel cramped at all. The plot itself is over eight thousand square feet which really gives you a lot of outdoor space to make your own. You get all the advantages of living in Arabian Ranches with a real sense of a private retreat at home.
The only way to really know if it feels right for you is to come see it in person. If you have any questions or just want a tour reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we always try to make your next move as comfortable as possible.
