Here you wander outside and it actually gets quieter with nothing but the waves or distant city sounds. If you like real outdoor space the plot is big enough where you do not feel on top of your neighbors but you are still close enough to wave hello if you want.

The beach is right there and most days you will see someone taking an early jog or families walking down to the water in the evening.
