The Address The BLVD, Downtown Dubai
Some homes just make you stop for a second as soon as you walk in. This three bedroom apartment at The Address The BLVD in Downtown Dubai does exactly that. I remember standing there near the windows for a while, just noticing how different the city looks from up high. It feels peaceful up here, even though you are right in the middle of all the action. There is something about watching the lines of cars move on the roads below with the Burj Khalifa in the background. Honestly, it is hard to beat.
The space itself is on a high floor and really feels open. When you step in, there is that big main living area with enough sunlight pouring in that you almost do not notice the lights at all. The windows stretch from the floor up, and you find yourself just watching the sky change. People talk about city views in Dubai all the time, but this oneโthere is no pretending. You get the actual skyline, and you can see the Burj pretty much from where you are sitting on the couch.
The apartment is unfurnished at the moment, so you get to make it feel like yours from day one. It is ready and vacant so you do not have to wait around if you want to get started. The rooms are all pretty generous. That means real space where you can actually fit more than just a bed and a side table. The master bedroom is probably my favorite part. Waking up here, you see the whole city waking up too. The bathroom is more like a little retreat for yourself. Sometimes you forget it is part of an apartment and not a fancy hotel room.
The other two bedrooms work well for kids, guests, maybe even a home office if you find yourself working from home. The built up area is about two thousand one hundred eighty four square feet so nobody feels cramped. I always notice how much quieter it is up here compared to some of the lower floors. If you want a break, all you have to do is close the door and it really does feel like your own space.
Now the kitchen is actually a spot you can cook in. Sometimes in Dubai you get these kitchens that are more for show, but here it is set up so you can really use it. You might even want to try out those recipes you have been saving for when you "have more time." The appliances are all modern, cabinets are easy to get to, nothing awkward about the layout. And if you just want to grab something quick there are plenty of places downstairs or nearby where you can pick up food or coffee. I have seen people pop down for a croissant in the morning, and it just feels so easy.
You get all the actual perks too. There is a fitness center that is never too crowded. I have dropped by during different times of the day just to check it out. The pool is one of those where you can swim for real or just relax if you want. Concierge is on hand, so if you forget your keys or want to book something they have you covered. Even the lobby feels welcoming, not too formal, people always seem in a good mood coming and going.
Location wise you are in Downtown Dubai, so the Dubai Mall and Dubai Opera are just around the corner. Sometimes you see folks heading down for a quick bite at lunchtime or meeting for coffee after a morning at work. Even getting around is pretty easy from here. You do not need to plan your whole day around the traffic.
It is one of those places where you can settle in or keep it as an investment. Some folks keep it as a main home, others rent it out because of the address. The best way to know if it feels right thoughโyou need to come see it. I can talk about the view and the feeling it gives you, but everyone gets something a little different out of it. Just get in touch if you want to see for yourself or if you have a question about how things work. At LuxuryProperty.com we just try to help make your next move feel natural and comfortable. Whenever you are ready, we are around.
