Some places you walk into and you just want to stay for a bit longer. Whenever I come into this three bedroom apartment at The Address Sky View Towers in Downtown Dubai, right away I just take a minute to look out those big windows. I mean, you get full on Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain views and when the city lights up at night it feels like you are living right up in the skyline. The building is as central as it gets in Downtown and honestly it has that buzz you want from city living but as soon as you are in the apartment, things get calm and kind of peaceful. Maybe it is all that sunlight pouring in or just the way the space is set up. The living area feels really open but also somehow cozy, so even when you are surrounded by skyscrapers you do not feel boxed in at all. I keep coming back to the windows because they really do bring the city in but keep the noise down and you do not even need to turn on the lights during the day.

The kitchen here is kind of the heart of the home. It is one of those spots that actually makes you want to cook, not just use the microwave. The layout is simple but it works. There is enough counter space and the cupboards are in the right place. Kitchen gear is all high quality and there is plenty of room if you want to have a coffee in the morning or even just watch downtown wake up while you stir your tea. Right next to it, the dining area sits by the windows so every meal gets those crazy city views. It is a place where you can imagine friends coming over, nothing too formal, just good food and conversation with the Burj in the background.

Heading over to the bedrooms, you will notice the main bedroom somehow feels extra private even though you are so close to everything outside. The bed is big, there is space to move around and a wardrobe that actually fits more than three shirts. The ensuite bathroom just feels good, with finishes that really do look and feel high end but not too flashy. The other two bedrooms are set up for comfort too and I imagine one of them could work pretty well as a guest room or a spot to watch movies after work. Either way, there is enough space for friends or family without tripping over anyone's stuff.

One of the best things about living at The Address Sky View Towers is probably the building itself. You have got this fitness center right downstairs it is never too crowded and sometimes after a workout, I will head to the spa just to wind down. The infinity pool looks out over all of Downtown so even a quick swim turns into a moment you remember. You will also notice you are steps away from some of the best shopping at Dubai Mall and honestly, if you feel like going for dinner or just grabbing a coffee with friends the options are almost unlimited. Sometimes I just walk down to the Boulevard and people watch, see the families pushing strollers or tourists taking selfies. It is a friendly place, and even though it is so central you get these pockets of quiet if you know where to look.

The apartment is unfurnished so you get to make it your own from the floors up. Move in ready and looked after, it is a fresh start. The price is set at five hundred seventy thousand dirhams for the year which for a high floor spot with these views in Downtown Dubai feels like a solid value especially given the access you get to all the amenities and the actual lifestyle that comes with this address.
