The Address Residence Fountain Views is one of those places where the atmosphere in the lobby just feels calm. The staff is always polite. There is a pool and a good gym downstairs if you are into that. Plus, of course, you are in Downtown Dubai which means everything is right at your doorstep. Dubai Mall is just down the street and honestly the coffee shop on the corner is always open if you find yourself needing that morning espresso. People watching is top class here. 

In the evenings, you sometimes spot families out for a walk or hear the hum of traffic a little muted way up here. And I think that is what really makes it special. You get all the energy of the city but from your own quiet corner above it all. The building itself is secure and well kept. And if you ever need a quick grocery run or a bite, you are really never more than a few steps away from anything.
