The Address Residence Fountain Views 1, The Address Residence Fountain Views, Downtown Dubai
Some homes really just slow you down for a minute. I remember walking into this three bedroom apartment at The Address Fountain Views in Downtown Dubai and feeling like I should just stop by the window and hang out for a bit. Maybe it was the light coming through or just the sense you get that someone actually lived well in a place like this. You find yourself forgetting your phone and instead staring out at the view. It sounds funny but you actually can look straight at the Burj Khalifa and those wild fountains you see in every Dubai travel video. There is just something about seeing it with your own eyes from your own living room.
Honestly from the second you come in it feels spacious and easy. There's nothing claustrophobic about it. One big living space that blends right into your dining area. The kitchen is semi open which I like because you can actually cook a meal with people nearby but not right over your shoulder. And it feels more like a real kitchen than just decoration. You'll notice all the fittings are done properly. Italian marble under your feet. Crystal chandeliers catch the sun in the afternoon when the windows light up the place. It gets that soft golden glow around five in the evening. Even if you don't cook a ton you'll probably end up here more often than you think just because it feels central and lived in.
The bedrooms are big so nobody's fighting over closet space or tripping over luggage on holiday. Sometimes you wake up to those wide city views and catch the Burj right out your window. It is pretty peaceful behind the glass even though you're literally in downtown Dubai. One of the rooms is tucked away in a quieter corner which I'd probably use as a guest room or office sometimes. There's a maids room too if that makes day to day life easier for you.
Let's talk about the bathrooms for a sec. They're more than just an afterthought. Think deep tubs not just shallow hotel ones and marble that feels cold under your feet unless you have a fluffy mat. There's something a bit comforting about how the materials just feel sturdy. And the storage space is honestly pretty generous. I know that isn't always the case in some Dubai apartments.
Now one of the best bits about living here is you get to use some of the hotel facilities. The pool is one of those infinity style ones where you lose sight of the edge and just watch the skyline. There's usually a couple of kids splashing around or adults reading by the water. It never feels too busy. The gym has the proper kind of equipment you actually want to use so if you like working out you won't be disappointed. Plus there's a pretty peaceful spa. Sometimes you catch the scent of the oils even in the corridors if you stay for a late appointment.
Location wise it truly is downtown. You could throw on sneakers and walk almost everywhere. Dubai Mall for groceries or one of those quick mid morning coffee runs. The Fountain promenade is close for a weekend stroll. At night there's a hum to the area that reminds you you're in the thick of it all but from up high it's actually really calm. If you work in the city or just like the energy here it's hard to imagine a better spot.
The apartment is unfurnished which lets you bring your own style to it. The bones are good so you don't have to overthink it. Just hang some art or bring in the couch you actually like.
And with all the luxury bits like the marble finishes and those wow factor windows plus the hotel amenities there's still this honest lived in feeling upstairs that's hard to find at this price point.
Of course words can only get you so far. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If you have questions or just want to walk through reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we'd like to make your next move feel comfortable and easy. No pressure. Just come see if it fits.
