The whole South Ridge community feels like people really live here and call it home rather than just treating it as a stopover.

Location wise you get all the benefits of being in Downtown Dubai. You can walk to a handful of cafés I counted three or four just on my way past the building. There is a small local market not far where you can grab fresh bread most mornings which makes everyday life easier. If you want a big meal out with friends or some shopping all the famous malls and restaurants are just minutes away but you do not have to drive unless you want. Even on weekends you sometimes come across a bit of live music or a quirky street market on your way out.

The value really stands out too. You get all this space and the full set of amenities without feeling squeezed in and that is rare for a Downtown rental apartment.
