Twenty four hour concierge is always at the lobby and honestly even if you have a random question or need a parcel it is just easy.

The truth is this apartment is vacant so you can take your time and really see if you want to make it home. In the evenings it is especially peaceful which surprised me for somewhere right in the heart of Palm Jumeirah. Sometimes you hear a bike bell or someone jogging but that is about it and the quiet just settles in.
