Coffee shops are scattered nearby so you are never far from a good flat white and it is not unusual to see neighbours heading out for an evening walk on the waterfront. Restaurants end up suiting every mood from quick bites with friends to proper nights out. Getting into the city is straightforward with taxi links and public transport right on your doorstep so you do not have to hassle with traffic or parking much at all.

Because the apartment is fully furnished you can move in as soon as you like and not have to deal with buying loads of stuff or waiting for deliveries. Sometimes it just feels easy which is rare in Dubai especially in rental homes.
