When I first walked in I took a second just standing by the window with the city behind me and the park spread out in front. You can just breathe here. There is this light that comes in all afternoon you will notice it right away. The living area feels open but not empty and you can tell it would work for a quiet Sunday morning or if you have friends over. Honestly I sort of wanted to just kick off my shoes and sit down for a bit.

Sometimes families are out for a stroll or you catch kids kicking a ball near the green spaces. You are close to just about everything here. The community has a coffee shop down the road and grocery shopping is easy no tricky parking or long drives. There is a really good gym on site and the pool always looks inviting especially once the sun starts going down and the lights come on. For families there is actually a nice little play area just across the way so you do not need to drive anywhere just to let the kids have a bit of fun.

Another thing about Park Ridge is how quiet it feels even though you are only a short drive from Downtown or the Marina. Transport links are simple you can get in and out without fuss. And for anyone who has to think about schools this part of Dubai Hills Estate is actually surrounded by some really good options plus clinics and shopping centers are just around the corner which takes away a lot of the usual stress.

Living here is about comfort really. You get the green spaces and the modern lifestyle but nothing ever feels too much or overdone. The apartment is 989 square feet so not too big not too small. Honestly sometimes you just want a place that is easy to settle into and easy to leave when you want to head out and do something fun. This home has that kind of flow. Sometimes you actually might forget your phone for a bit.
