I actually stopped for a second when I walked in just to take in the sunshine pouring across the whole living area. Groceries are just around the corner so day to day life honestly feels less of a chore. Dubai Hills Mall is pretty close too so if you want to catch a movie or meet up for lunch it is a simple trip and not something you have to plan for in advance. Even public transport is easy enough to reach for anyone who does not want to drive everywhere.

If convenience matters you get that here without losing the quiet. Main roads connect to the rest of Dubai without putting a motorway right outside the window. Schools and Downtown are both easy enough to reach and it just makes sense for a lot of people who want to be in the middle of everything but not swallowed up by it.

The place is vacant and there is no furniture so you can move in sooner rather than later and put your own style in every room. 1559 is the built up area so it is not so big you feel lost and not so small you have to compromise on what matters.
