I actually saw kids riding scooters and families enjoying the cool evening air. Walkability is a big plus here. You can get to almost anything without hunting for parking. Grocery stores are basically around the corner.

The building itself has a warm feel. You recognize a few faces if you have walked through more than once. I saw someone walking a small dog and got a hello in the lobby. Security is there but never in your face. There are elevators that do not take ages even during busy times. A lot of residents are professionals or couples but honestly it is a nice mix. You can work from home if you need to the WiFi is fast and it is quiet enough to focus. I heard the gym is decent too if you want to keep a routine without a long commute.

The full Marina view is honestly what makes this apartment stand out. You get that constant touch of water and sky in your everyday life. Some days you might even have friends over just for the view.
