There's even street musicians near the Opera House some nights, which you do not see everywhere in Dubai.

The actual amenities are solid. There is a swimming pool with enough space not to feel packed and a gym that is better than most. If you have kids or ever look after your niece or nephew, the play area is well kept too. Residents tend to be friendly but you also get your privacy. It is one of those places where you could settle in quickly. Security guys know everyone so it feels safe too.

Moving here means you are in Downtown Dubai, Opera District right in the middle of where a lot of the best stuff happens. And the best part is, you never feel cut off from it all unless you want to be. After a long day, I can picture just coming home, letting the door shut behind you, and watching the fountain lights play across the ceiling.
