If you are more in the mood for a treat, Nikki Beach is just around the corner, and there is always some buzz there if you like something a bit lively. Grocery shops are nearby and you never need to go far for what you need. If you decide to have dinner out, there is no shortage of good choices, from high-end restaurants to more casual spots where the staff start to remember your name after a few visits.

Life here is about balance. You get the calm of being slightly tucked away in Oceana, but the energy of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai's top attractions is always close. Some days, the only decision is whether to swim in the sea or the pool. The apartment is unfurnished, so you have a blank canvas for your own style.
