Location really is the showpiece here. Living on Mohammad Bin Rashid Boulevard means you are in the center of everything in Downtown Dubai but it never feels too busy if you want quiet. The walk to Dubai Mall takes minutes and sometimes on cooler evenings you see families out walking or couples grabbing late night ice cream. Burj Khalifa catches the sunset light right from your window or even from the balcony if you step outside for a breather after work.
