Taxis and public transport are very easy to get and you never have to worry much about traffic because you are already in the center of things. Dubai Mall is just a short drive so are lovely walks along Dubai Canal. If you like a city lifestyle but still want somewhere comfortable to come home to at the end of the day this apartment just feels right. The building is always tidy too so your friends will notice when they visit.
