The amenities in Marina Gate are a step up. There is a really nice pool that gets the sun most of the day, plus a gym that is actually well stocked with everything you need. The whole building feels modern but not stiff. Neighbours say hello in the hallways plus there is a little community vibe which is not always easy to find. Maintenance issues get sorted fast and you are almost always able to find a parking spot without stress. Safety is a big plus too in this particular building which adds peace of mind if you travel for work or like to stay out late sometimes.
