The best thing though has to be the location. You could basically walk to Dubai Mall whenever you want or spend a weekend at Souk Al Bahar just sampling places or wandering around. The Burj Khalifa is right nearby but it never feels like it is too busy on your street. It makes it easy to just step out for coffee or a quick shop then come home for some peace and quiet.
