Executive Residences 1, Executive Residences, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just have a certain vibe the second you walk in. This one bedroom apartment up at Executive Residences in Dubai Hills Estate pretty much does that. The door opened and the sunlight almost followed me in. It is vacant now so you feel all this bright space for yourself without any clutter or anyone else's story in the rooms. To be honest, I stood by the big windows for a bit and just watched the cars drifting along the boulevard down below. If you have ever wanted views that give a bit of life and also enough calm, this spot gets it just right.
It sits on a mid floor so you are high enough to see things and still feel close to everything. Out one window, you catch those long sights up and down the boulevard. Out the other, you spot the edge of the park. I kept thinking how easy it would be to just pop outside for a quick walk in the mornings. You do not really get that in every Dubai apartment. And honestly sometimes you do not even need shoes for these little bits of nature right at your doorstep. Some afternoons you see families just taking a lazy walk or even a few people on bikes. It almost feels like the city slowed down a notch here.
The living area gets so much natural light that you probably will not worry about switching the overheads on until late evening. There is this little stretch near the window that I imagine could be perfect for a small dining table or just a spot to read with some coffee. The kitchen is open and feels practical which is important if you actually do any cooking. Cabinets are all modern and clean. Appliances are pretty much set up so you do not need to worry about dragging anything heavy in. I checked the storage and honestly there is more than you expect for a one bedroom. So important if you actually live and not just visit sometimes.
The bedroom is tucked in private and quiet. Early in the day you get this glow as the sun comes up. Some folks like to black this out, but honestly it felt nice letting the day start you up slowly. There is enough space for the big bed and still some room to move around. Built in closets are done smart. What I like is it does not feel small or cramped which happens in a lot of one bedroom apartments around Dubai.
Bathrooms are clean and simple. Everything where you want it. You do not have to step around odd corners or squeeze in next to things. Sometimes small touches make a difference and here even the tiling feels just right.
Now the amenities in Executive Residences are worth mentioning because they are actually used and not just a brochure thing. The gym is spotless and has everything you might want whether you are new or already hit your fitness stride. There is a swimming pool that gets actual sun most of the day and it never feels locked away or forgotten. Plus there are paddle and basketball courts nearby which brings a little energy to the space. Sometimes you hear the sound of a ball or people laughing in the evenings from your window. It gives the place a bit of real community feel. There is a functional office space downstairs too which is good if you ever work from home because the Wi Fi here is no joke.
And the best thing is you are not far from Dubai Hills Mall. You walk over in maybe ten minutes without a rush. Grocery runs are simple. Morning coffee is always an option. Food and fun are all just easy you know.
Honestly I love how this one bedroom just makes everything straightforward. City living but it does not feel rushed or overwhelming. You have space to slow down and enough things nearby that you do not need to hop in the car all the time.
The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If you have questions or just want to walk through reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.
