Not every apartment at Emaar Beachfront gives you that feeling but I'll be honest this three bedroom place at Marina Vista really does something nice when you walk in. Maybe it's the way the sun falls all over the living room through those floor to ceiling windows or just the quiet you get from being up above the marina. I stopped for a bit in the entryway just to take it all in and I could see the blue water stretching out from pretty much every room. You kind of feel removed from the city rush but you're still right here in Dubai Harbour which is such a special mix.

The place is vacant which means you can move in right away no worries about waiting or dealing with previous tenants. There is a good energy to a place that's open and ready to welcome someone new. I have to mention this apartment is not furnished so you get the freedom to make it feel completely yours. Bring your art your sofa whatever little things you love because the canvas is all set. Sometimes unfurnished is just easier because you get to start from scratch.

The living and dining area is actually huge. I found myself pacing around planning where I'd put a couple of armchairs or maybe a proper big dining table because the space can take it. If you look out those windows you really do get all those classic marina views the boats moving back and forth the birds coming close in the morning and then it just gets peaceful in the evening.

The pool outside catches the sunshine until late in the day and there is that private beach where families come for a swim or morning walks. Some evenings you see kids biking the boardwalk while neighbours chat on the benches. Honestly it just feels easy and friendly here.

The community itself gets a lot of things right. Coffee shops within strolling distance no matter if it's early or late. Some weekends it feels like the whole harbour wakes up together. You get the buzz of Dubai Marina close by but you can always wander back to your own quiet space when you want a break. Emaar Beachfront really does offer that kind of balanced lifestyle private but connected.

At the end of it it's the kind of apartment you need to see yourself. Words do not quite get the feeling of that sunlight or the easy flow of the place.
