The Residences at Caesars Resort, Caesars Bluewaters Dubai, Bluewaters
Sometimes when you walk into a place, everything just feels in the right place. That's how it was when I first stepped into this two bedroom apartment at Caesars Bluewaters Dubai. It actually caught me off guard for a second. You feel that soft morning light coming in through those big windows and you just want to pause before doing anything else. Kind of makes you forget about your phone for a bit and actually look around. The cool thing about being on Bluewaters is that there's always a breeze drifting in, and as you stand by the balcony, you can look right out over the pool and down at the terraces that are always trimmed neat. I actually stopped for a few extra minutes watching the pool sparkle and it just made London and other places I've lived feel pretty far away.
The apartment comes fully furnished which is honestly just so easy if you're new in Dubai or just done with the hassle of furniture shopping. It is all modern, not fussy but not like a showroom either. You can properly kick your shoes off here. You'll notice the coloursโthink calm creams and greysโmake it super easy to relax and the floors have this really nice porcelain finish. They almost feel cool under your feet. The kitchen is proper as well, and when I say that, I mean it isn't just for looking pretty. The countertops are smooth and solid, no surprises or worn spots anywhere which is rare. The appliances are all built in and ready to go. I could see myself making breakfast at the breakfast bar even if it is just a bowl of cereal before heading down to the boulevard for a proper coffee. There is a lot of storage too, cupboards that seem to keep going so you actually have somewhere for the food mixer or extra glassware.
If you keep walking, you come to the bedrooms and these are honestly designed so you actually want to sleep in them. Sometimes you find city apartments that just look cramped, but here the spaces are generous, not squashed together. In the main bedroom, the bath setup really struck me. There's this deep soaking tub that just begs for a weekend soak, and heated tiles underfoot which I've always thought make a bigger difference than people expect. Waking up on a winter morning in Dubai isn't exactly cold but that little bit of heat below your feet just feels good. Think of slow mornings moving between that big bath and a rainfall shower that actually works well, not just a trickle. The double sinks are a smart touch too. They feel hotel like but real, and the lighting is soft which is really good in the evenings.
The other bedroom is just as neat, set up with thick carpet and loads of wardrobe space. If you're working from home or having guests pop by for a few days, it somehow flexes to fit whatever you need. The guest bathroom is just as clean with real stone and proper hardware. I've seen a few families with little ones here and a few young professionals who just want an easy base without the fuss of the city. Bluewaters itself is special for that. You get that island feel but you are never cut offโyou can walk to the beach or even over to Dubai Marina if you want a change of scene. There's always something happening in the evening but it never feels crowded. A quiet morning walk with a coffee seems to be a bit of a ritual here.
One thing that stands out is that all the bills are included in the rent here. That just makes everything simple. You know where you stand every month, no chasing after separate accounts. The pool downstairs really does look just as good as the photos and there's a gym that people actually use, not one of those forgotten ones. You can book a spa session just below, so if you need to unwind, you do not have to travel anywhere at all. Plus, restaurants, shops, bakeriesโeverything is within two, three minutes on foot.
Living here just feels a little more calm and settled. Bluewaters is known for that balance between urban life and an island escape. Sometimes you see kids biking after sunset or folks pulling their shopping home. If you want a base that feels like a retreat but where Dubai is right on your doorstep, it's honestly hard to beat this spot.
The only real way to see if this place fits you is to walk through and feel it for yourself. If you want to ask anything, or just have a look, give me a shout any time. That is how we like to do things at LuxuryProperty dot com, making your next move as comfortable as finding your favourite coffee spot in the morning.
