Boulevard Point, Downtown Dubai
Some places you step into and honestly, it just feels sorted. That is what I thought when I walked into this three bedroom apartment up at Boulevard Point in Downtown Dubai. The front door closes behind you and suddenly this busy city is just a backdrop through big windows instead of all around you. It is a feeling that is hard to describe until you experience it for yourself. I remember just standing in the living room for a while, watching the skyline flicker with all these city lights and thinking, yes, I could see myself actually settling in here.
The thing about this apartment is it does not try too hard. You will notice straight away that the rooms are, well, genuinely spacious. Not just the kind of space you see in photos and then get disappointed by in real life. Each bedroom has enough room for the things you actually use every day. There is light streaming in every morning so if you are someone who likes waking up to sunshine, you will probably find yourself reaching for your phone a little slower here. From every bedroom, the views just open up – some days you get that perfect clear look at the Burj Khalifa, sometimes you see clouds rolling in and the city feels like it is just for you.
Now, honestly, kitchens in some Dubai apartments look the part but do not always feel practical. Here, I actually stood by the counter for a bit and could imagine cooking real meals, not just unwrapping takeaway. There is good storage, solid work space, and everything you need if you actually want to use the kitchen. Even if you are just making coffee in the morning, it feels proper. And you have options, which I think is pretty rare – the place can come furnished, but if you would rather bring your own things, that is all set up for you too. It makes personalizing the space much easier, especially if you like your own bed or that old couch you just cannot let go of.
I really like the way the open living and dining area just sort of floats together. You can have friends over without tripping over bags or chairs. There is a balcony too, which is great in the evening. You get those gentle Downtown breezes and you can hear the quiet buzz of the city without it feeling overwhelming. Sometimes you see families taking walks in the evening or people heading to the Dubai Mall with their shopping bags. The nice thing is that everything really is close by. Step outside and you can be sitting by the fountains near the Mall within minutes, or grabbing a coffee before work. You will probably bump into a neighbor now and then who is doing the exact same thing.
The building really has all the comforts you would expect – pool is there for cooling off after work, the gym is proper with actual equipment that gets looked after, and security is there but not in your face. One time I had a chat with the reception guy about the weather. Feels friendly, not stiff. If you worry about parking, that is sorted too. And there is something about heading home to a place that feels safe and just easy.
For anyone who needs to move quickly or hates waiting around, this one is vacant and ready. You do not have to play those waiting games before you move in. All told, you are right in the heart of Downtown Dubai. Burj Khalifa is just around the corner, the Dubai Mall pretty much on your doorstep, plus cafes and restaurants in every direction. I find it is a lifestyle that suits people who like their city buzz, but also want a home to relax into.
Anyway, words and pictures can only go so far. The only way to know if this apartment in Boulevard Point actually fits is to come see it yourself. Reach out if you are curious or just want to walk through. At LuxuryProperty.com, we know moving is a big deal, so we just try to make it feel easy.
