2 bedroom apartment in Boulevard Central Towers

Some apartments just have a way of slowing you down when you step inside. This two bedroom home in Boulevard Central Towers right in the heart of Downtown Dubai did that for me. The light that comes in is something you kind of have to experience in person. I stood for a while near the big window in the living room just looking down the Boulevard. Somehow the energy of the city feels close but you also get this calm and private moment for yourself. 

The space feels roomy and open not just on paper. Sometimes homes in Downtown can look generous in pictures but then you walk in and things feel tight. Not here. The living area actually invites you to sit and stay for a bit whether you are curling up on your own or having people over on a Friday night. The kitchen surprised me too. Real appliances, places to stash everything away and just enough counter to lay out a late breakfast or try a new recipe. It made me think you would actually end up cooking at home instead of reaching for takeout every time. Not to mention if you ever spill out onto the rooftop terrace after dinner you get that skyline lit up in a way you really only see in Downtown Dubai.

The bedrooms both come with that same feeling of having space. There is storage built in for your things and you do not get those weird corners you have to work around. The master suite feels especially private. Some apartments you can hear everything from the living room but in this one, once you close the door you just get a soft quiet space. There is a bathroom right there as well. It is spacious enough you are not bumping elbows on busy mornings. It is these small things I notice that just make life feel a bit easier.

The other thing I liked is how the building feels well looked after. The lobby is actually welcoming. There is a concierge at the desk who will help you with whatever odd thing pops up. The gym is not an afterthought either it is properly kitted out and even in the evenings you do not have to wait for a machine. Plus the rooftop is honestly a spot I think you would use all the time. Weekends there sometimes bring families who just want a view or friends coming together just to see the fountains dance below. Even on quiet mornings you might head up there with your coffee and not see anyone at all. 

Being in Downtown Dubai you get all the buzz of the city but sometimes from inside this place you would not know it. Dubai Mall is just a walk away though plus the Dubai Opera is nearby for nights out if you are into music or shows. Of course groceries and little cafes are never far. I even walked past a group of kids biking together one evening so it feels like more than just a place to sleep.

Getting around is honestly simple. Metro stations and taxis are always close and the roads out are easy to reach. You do not often get an address that works for work commutes and for going out but here it just does. 

It is honestly hard to put the feel of this Boulevard Central Towers apartment into words. From the moment you walk in you either get it or you don't.
