Coffee shop runs before work are just too easy with all the cafés around, and if you like to get outside, the boulevard is perfect for evening walks. Sometimes you see local artists setting up or hear people playing music. It all feels very alive but you have your own quiet spot to escape back to.

The size of this apartment gives you a lot of breathing room, over seventeen hundred square feet is more than enough for a proper city home. Sometimes you almost forget you are living in an apartment with that much space. Plus the whole place just feels fresh and simple. It probably has a lot to do with all that natural light.
