Some homes just have a feeling the minute you step inside and this three bedroom apartment at BLVD Heights in Downtown Dubai really surprised me. Security is always around but they are friendly more than strict. The entrance and the common lounge feel more like a hotel than a regular apartment building.

Location wise you sort of have everything at your feet. There are shops down the street coffee places good for weekend mornings and just about every type of restaurant you can think of. The Dubai Mall is just a stroll if you need a quick shopping fix or a Friday night movie. Sometimes I even see bikes and scooters parked outside so you can tell people just like to enjoy the neighbourhood.

Honestly this apartment in BLVD Heights Downtown Dubai could really work for someone who wants that city energy but also likes their own calm space at the end of the day. It just feels easy.
