1 bedroom apartment in Al Sufouh 1

Some places just feel easy right from the front door. This one bedroom apartment at Vita Residencia in Al Sufouh 1 really surprised me that way. Honestly the whole vibe just slows you down a little bit. I remember walking in and almost forgetting to check my phone mostly because of all that natural light spilling into the living room. Weekends can look pretty peaceful here. The pool is clean and quiet at odd hours so you can sneak in for a swim without dealing with a crowd. The gym is modern and never seems too busy either so it is easy to keep up with your morning workout and then just walk back up without hassle. Parking is secure and right by the elevator which honestly just makes life simpler when you have groceries or shopping bags. 

Al Sufouh 1 itself has an easy pace to it. The beach is close enough that sunrise strolls are an actual thing here. People still wave at each other and the coffee shop is only a five minute walk which is great if you start your days with a latte like me. Plus the area is well connected but it stays pretty peaceful compared to other parts of Dubai so you do not have to hear city noise all night. 

This place fits the sort of person who wants both comfort and a bit of luxury but also does not want to deal with fuss. It works for anyone from a young professional to a couple new to Dubai.
