The swimming pool is also up there so it gets a lot of sun. There is even a play area for the little ones which becomes pretty lively in the late afternoons.

Where this spot really stands out though is the location. Al Sufouh is one of those areas where you get a bit of that old Dubai neighborhood feel mixed with new city living. Jumeirah Open Beach is just a walk away and it is honestly one of the less crowded stretches early mornings if you like a swim to start your day. Plus right downstairs in the Vita Building you have this whole spread of cafes and shops. Hundred thousand square feet of retail and food options to be exact. I pop into the bakery sometimes on the way to viewings and it really is one of those local gems.
