You just catch a wide sweep of the skyline through big glass and honestly it is the sort of view you sort of just stare at for a minute without realizing. Honestly even if you never swim it is just a nice place to relax. The gym is not one of those forgotten ones either. It has proper equipment and gets morning sun through tall windows so you do not feel closed in.

Living here means you are near the best of Dubai Marina. There is always a new cafe or a bakery opening not far. Grocery runs are never a hassle plus if you walk just a bit you get onto the Marina Walk where people take evening strolls or push strollers while kids race their scooters. Sometimes there are pop up food stalls by the water especially when the weather is good. Dubai Metro is close if you ever want to avoid parking traffic. You just feel connected to the city but still a bit private with the height and views that you do not get on lower floors.

At almost fourteen hundred square feet this apartment really gives you room to breathe and to actually live instead of just getting by. It is ready now for rent at two hundred ninety five thousand AED and I think you will see how much care has been put in the upkeep. There is no outside plot or garden since it is high floor but honestly for most people here that is sort of the point. This is city living but it comes with peace at the end of the day.
