Grand Bleu Tower 1, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some places catch you as soon as you open the door. This two bedroom apartment in Grand Bleu Tower 1 at Dubai Harbour has that kind of feel. I stood in the living room and kind of just leaned against the window for a minute watching the sunlight play off the sea and if I am honest I stopped thinking about everything else going on. The space itself sits at just over fifteen hundred square feet so there is room to move and you never feel boxed in. What stands out right away is the way it is all put together. Elie Saab designed these interiors and you can actually tell. Sometimes designer places look nice but feel stiff. Here you get both style and somewhere you would actually stretch out while catching up on a bit of reading or chatting with somebody over coffee.
You will find the things you expect in a luxury Dubai Harbour apartment but nothing feels too showy or precious. The kitchen is proper with everything where it should be. You can cook for real here not just warm up a takeaway. There is a lot of natural light coming in so even if you work from home a few days a week you might even find yourself lingering at the dining table longer than you mean to with the sea out there just going on forever.
That private balcony is one of the bigger surprises. Sometimes you get a small outdoor space in the city that looks good in photos but does not invite you out. Here the balcony stretches out wide enough for actual chairs a table and a book so you can sit for a while taking in all of it. The Palm Jumeirah views are honestly the kind of thing people post about. Some evenings you lose track of time out there with the breeze coming off the water. If you have friends over I can imagine spending most of your time outside rather than inside.
Bedrooms here do not feel tucked away. Both are generously sized with big windows that let in morning sun. There is that feeling when you wake up and do not instinctively reach for your phone because you just want to look out first. The bathrooms are comfortably done too. Nothing feels cold or over the top. Soft lighting enough room to move around and actually get ready for the day without bumping elbows.
Moving to community life in Emaar Beachfront you have the run of resort style perks. The private beach is only a short walk from your door. I have been there in the morning when it is still pretty quiet and you see a couple of neighbours with coffee or a jog and it feels more like a small getaway than home. There is an infinity pool you can float for a while or just read in one of the shaded spots. The gym is big enough that it does not get crowded in the evenings. Honestly though a lot of folks here just prefer the outdoor walks with all the sea air instead.
You are also really close to some of the best spots in Dubai. Quick drive to Marina Mall or Bluewaters if you want a day out. Even just walking around Dubai Harbour feels different from other places in Dubai. There are always little groups out for a sunset stroll kids biking in the evenings probably headed to one of the cafes. The coffee shop is never far and I have noticed people tend to know each other a little better here. Sometimes you spot the same faces and nod in the lift or at the front desk.
This apartment is ready to move in right now. Sometimes it is just about finding somewhere that fits your pace. Maybe you want a proper home by the water for a year or more or maybe you just want to see if Dubai Harbour is as easygoing as people say. The only way to know if it really feels right is to come and take a look. I am around if you want to walk through or just have a few questions. At LuxuryProperty dot com we really do want your next move to feel like a good step not just another rental.
