Collective 2.0 Tower A, Collective 2.0, Dubai Hills Estate
Some properties just seem to invite you in right away. This two bedroom apartment at Collective 2.0 in Dubai Hills Estate really struck me like that. As soon as I walked through the door, it felt surprisingly open and lively, with sunlight spilling across the floor from these big windows that look right out over Dubai Hills Park. There is something about seeing all that greenery from your own living room that adds a bit of calm to your day even if you work in the busy city or just want a weekend at home. There is a view of the Downtown skyline and you can even spot the Burj Khalifa if you look closely. I actually stood by the living room window for a few minutes just to take it in. You almost forget how close you are to some of the best parts of Dubai.
The living and dining area has this effortless kind of flow that is easy to live with. You can picture having a few friends over for coffee or a movie night without ending up squeezed and awkward. The kitchen is a proper cooking space too. Honestly, you will want to cook something from scratch here, not just toss a pizza in the oven. Everything feels set up to make everyday life more relaxed. Both bedrooms have a decent size that makes them great for a young family or even two flatmates who want a bit of privacy but not to feel totally shut off from each other. There is one bathroom and it is just smartly laid out so you are not bumping into anything.
Step out to the balcony and that is probably going to become your favorite spot. Early mornings especially, you get this little slice of green and quiet in the middle of Dubai. I can imagine sipping your coffee here while you watch the park slowly wake up. Or in the evenings, just letting the cool breeze roll in while the city lights start to come on. It feels far away from the traffic and all the rush.
Now, the building itself adds plenty of extras that you actually end up using. There is a shared swimming pool that always looks inviting and a gym that is properly equipped not just a couple of treadmills. There is a kids' playroom where the little ones can burn off steam and a game room that gets busy in the evenings sometimes with people just relaxing or catching up. What really surprised me is the pet friendly vibe. There is a dog park on site, so families with pets get to know each other and there is always someone out for a walk. It somehow makes everything more laid back.
Living in Dubai Hills Estate feels different from other spots in Dubai. The streets are tree lined and wide, families do actually walk together in the evenings or head to the huge Dubai Hills Park for their daily jog. The area is called the green heart of Dubai and honestly, you can tell why. You are just a walk away from the Dubai Hills Mall where you find good food from Hillhouse Brasserie to L'Antica Pizzeria Da Michele. Coffee stops never feel far. And for anyone who cares about fitness, The Platform Studios and FitnGlam are right nearby. Some nights you will see kids out on bikes, other times friends just heading to one of the cafes. It is not isolated either. Roads like Al Khail and Sheikh Zayed are right there so you get around the city easily. The Equiti Metro Station is about a ten minute walk which is great if you want to skip the car. Buses pass about twelve minutes away on foot so you are pretty well connected without much hassle.
The apartment is unfurnished which to me is a benefit you get to bring your own style which always makes it feel more like yours. One parking space is included and security is around round the clock so you feel settled from day one.
If you are looking to rent a two bedroom apartment in Dubai Hills Estate and want somewhere modern that is still practical and feels part of a real community Collective 2.0 is worth a visit. I think you will see what I mean when you are here yourself. The only way to know for sure is to come have a look. Reach out anytime you want to set up a walk through or just have a chat about what living here is really like. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just want your next move to feel as easy as possible.
