Security is on point and you never really worry because there is always a friendly face at the entrance.
Being on Bluewaters means you can wander to Ain Dubai in under ten minutes if you want. Evenings here sometimes feel like you are on holiday with the sea breeze and skyline views. JBR is just across the bridge for shopping or eating out but most days you find what you need right here. The local Jones the Grocer has decent breakfast and the coffee shop is never too far for a quick break.
I have to say one of the best things with this spot is that you do not feel boxed in like some other Dubai apartments. It just feels more open. Even the entrance hall has this nice wide feeling. The upgrades are subtle but you notice the difference. Everything is just easier from moving in to heading out for a walk on the weekends.
