Prescott Prime Views, Meydan
Some places just feel lighter than others. This one bedroom apartment in Prescott Prime Views at Meydan honestly gave me that. Maybe it was the way the sunlight caught the edge of the coffee table when I came in or just how quiet the building feels even though you are pretty much in the middle of everything. You get that gentle hum from the city but up here it sort of feels separate like your own little escape.
This apartment is great for someone who is tired of all the extra clutter. You walk into the living area and there is just enough space for your big comfy couch plus a spot where you could read or scroll or maybe just daydream. The window actually stretches wide so you get proper natural light not just some shadow in the corner. Looking out you see a bit of green plus some rooftops and sometimes at sunset all the colors sort of gather just outside. I have stood there a few times just letting it sink in. The air smells faintly sweet at the end of the day which is nice too.
Prescott Prime Views is a name you hear a lot lately in Meydan because the lifestyle here is a little different. You feel it when you walk through the main entrance. There is staff around but not everywhere so it feels laid back not forced. The lobby even has a little nook where you can check your phone or chat with a neighbor if you are in the mood. It is a real community but not noisy. Kids sometimes play in the evenings and you hear people laughing softly from the balconies every now and then. If you are into fitness there is a decent gym right in the building. Not anything over the top but enough to actually get you moving without it feeling like a scene from a movie. The pool is not for diving into wild parties either. It is just right for a morning dip or floating around after work when the air has cooled off.
The kitchen kind of surprised me. It is not one of those fancy unused kitchens that look good in pictures but get ignored. It feels like somewhere you would actually cook something real. Plenty of cupboards no weird wasted corners plus a good workspace for chopping and prepping. There is even a spot in the corner by the window that catches light most of the morning. I pictured myself standing there making coffee and honestly it just felt easy.
The bedroom is just the right size for relaxing. There is enough space for a bigger bed and even a chair if you like reading before sleep. Lots of built in storage so you do not have to worry about clutter or extra boxes. Sometimes you almost forget your phone in here. The morning light comes in soft so you wake up without feeling rushed. The bathroom has those simple clean lines and good mirrors which matter more than you think.
One thing people always ask about these apartments in Meydan is if you really feel close to everything. You do. Shops for groceries are a short walk away and every now and then you can grab a decent coffee just around the corner. Meydan Racecourse is down the road if you are into watching the horses or just want to meet with friends. Downtown Dubai is not far either so you can be in the thick of it within minutes but the apartment still feels quietly tucked away.
Every time I show someone this place I notice they slow down a bit like they are already seeing themselves living here. Maybe that is why people like it. It just feels calm easy but still close to all the things that matter. The rent for this one bedroom is set at ninety six thousand AED which is fair for what you get and how the community feels.
Best thing to do is come and see if it fits your style. Sometimes that first step through the door tells you everything. If you want to ask something or just take a walk around give me a call or a message. At LuxuryProperty.com we are here to help you feel at home before you even move in.
