MARINA VISTA TOWER 1, Emaar Beachfront, Dubai Harbour
Some homes just have a way of making you pause for a second when you step inside. This one bedroom apartment on a high floor at Marina Vista in Emaar Beachfront surprised me from the start. Maybe it is the way light streams in through the windows or how the space feels bigger than you expect for an apartment in Dubai Harbour. I actually found myself slowing my walk, looking out the living room and thinking how easy life could be here. It just has that effect.
Straight away, you will notice the interiors have been given a lot of attention. Not in a showy way but thoughtful, honest touches that make the place feel special and ready to enjoy every day. The kitchen stands out as one of my favorite things about this apartment. It is an Italian Ernestomeda kitchen which probably does not mean much at first but you can feel the quality when you open the cupboards and see the built in Miele appliances. The marble countertops catch the light in the afternoon and honestly this is the sort of kitchen you might actually use for real cooking not just for takeout. Somehow it feels inviting and homey and not too fancy to relax in.
Stepping into the living area gives you this open feeling. Big windows, views that seem to go on, and the balcony is just right through the door. I stood by the balcony for a bit and watched the water and the Burj Al Arab out in the distance. Even with the city so close, it still feels peaceful up here and pretty private too which you sometimes struggle to find in Emaar Beachfront. You can imagine yourself having a coffee out there in the morning or maybe winding down in the evening with a book, the breeze coming off the water. Sometimes you almost forget your phone in places like this because you really are just in the moment.
The bedroom feels like a quiet retreat. Everything about it feels welcoming and soft, nothing sharp or cold. The en suite bathroom has modern finishes and a glass shower wall which I think adds a little spa touch. It gives you the kind of bathroom where even a quick shower in the morning feels a bit more special.
Being on a high floor in Dubai Harbour means you get a good outlook over the water and out towards the city. It is quiet here. You barely hear the city noise. And with a dedicated parking spot on the M level, daily life gets that little bit easier. No long walks from parking or complicated routes. You come home and just slip inside without any stress.
And the best thing is, beach life is right at your doorstep. Emaar Beachfront is all about that calm holiday feeling. I have seen residents just stroll down to the private beach, and you are really on the sand in minutes. Sometimes you see people heading for a quick swim before work or just walking their dogs along the water as the sun comes up. The cafes and restaurants of Dubai Marina are just a short walk away, and it is easy to meet friends down on the water for coffee. The neighborhood feels both lively and easy going. You never feel far from the heartbeat of Dubai, with Sheikh Zayed Road so close, but honestly most days it is tempting not to leave. You have everything you really need here.
This apartment is vacant, which just makes moving in that much easier. The furnishings are already in place so you can arrive with just your suitcase and start fresh. Everything has been upgraded and it has that modern touch but nothing cold about it. When a home makes you feel calm and comfortable before you have even unpacked, you know something is right.
At the end of the day, you can read about high floor one bedroom apartments with Burj Al Arab views anywhere. But it is hard to get the true feel of a place until you see it for yourself. If you want to find out if this apartment at Emaar Beachfront feels right for you, reach out any time. I am happy to walk you through or answer any questions. At LuxuryProperty.com, making your next move easy and comfortable is always the goal.
