The pools are out back and I like that there are separate areas for adults and for kids so you get a bit of privacy or family time if you want. You will spot a couple of children playing in the parks on weekends sometimes families grilling in the barbecue zones. People actually use these spaces and it feels more like a small community than a complex. Yoga and meditation areas are here as well if you need a little quiet or want to stretch out on a lazy morning. The security and concierge are always around but not in your face so coming and going is simple and safe. One thing about being here in Sobha Creek Vistas Reserve that stands out is how close you are to everything. Downtown Dubai is only a short drive away but when you get home it really does not feel like the city follows you inside. The coffee shop is never far for those mornings you want to grab something on the go before heading out. For professionals or investors wanting a steady place in Dubai this apartment makes sense. The building has been kept in great shape and with Sobha's reputation it attracts a lot of interest for rental or just as a place to live. You might notice that units here do not stay vacant very long and even walking down the hallways you can see the spaces are maintained and clean which matters. At an asking price that matches what you get in this part of the city I would say it is a fair offer.
