Rahat, Mudon
Some homes just invite you to slow down the minute you step in. Walking into this five bedroom villa over at Rahat in Mudon, I actually caught myself pausing in the front hall, just noticing the quiet. Maybe it's something about the way the rooms pull your attention forward, or the low morning sun coming through the big windows. It just feels like a place you'd want to come home to after a day out in Dubai.
You get this sense of space all around you. Converted from a four to five bedroom layout, so there's just a bit more room for everyone to find their corner. The living area opens up in a way that never feels cramped. Sometimes I think, in villas this size, it's all about whether the flow feels right. Here, honestly, you can walk from the kitchen out to the terrace and it feels easy, nothing awkward. And the kitchen isn't just staged to impress either. It is closed, which means if you actually like to cook, you will appreciate being able to keep things separate. Plenty of storage, lots of spots to prep dinner, serious appliances. I could see someone actually stirring soup here, not just popping in for a coffee.
You will probably want to spend time outside though. There is something about the backyard here, with its green grass and the way the pool sits just right on the corner plot. Owners have lived here themselves, so you can see the kind of care that's gone in. It is not one of those places that just gets built and left empty. The pool and jacuzzi both are tucked in, so even if you are relaxing out there you do not feel exposed. Sometimes when the evening air cools down, I'd imagine turning on the pool lights and just sitting back. There is a whole outdoor kitchen too, which feels like a real bonus, especially if you like having friends over for late lunches that go on until it is almost dark. The BBQ spot comes with lots of space for people to chat while they cook, and honestly the seating area is just where you can see yourself reading or doing nothing for a while.
Upstairs the bedrooms are exactly as you would hope. Not all the same size, which is nice, and the main suite is the kind of space you start picturing your own things in. The windows are big enough that you nearly always catch some sun, and the wardrobes do not feel like an afterthought either. The bathrooms have been upgraded pretty thoughtfully as well, so you never feel like anything was an add on. The finishes give everything a touch of elegance without being over the top or showy.
From the upstairs terrace, the view sits just above the treetops and rooftops in Rahat. Some days you just want to walk out and take a breath, look over your bit of Dubai and not do much else. In the mornings, you'll probably spot people walking dogs or kids with bikes. There's enough space out here for everyone to stretch out a bit, and yet the coffee shop or the Mudon center is never too far. The community itself is one people tend to stay in for a while, and you'll notice families out and about most evenings.
It is one of those villas where it is easy to picture actual living, not just visiting. Move in is ready as soon as September, and with owner occupancy, everything just feels cared for. With about four thousand seven hundred fifty five square feet of built up area on this seven thousand square foot corner plot, plus those outdoor spaces and all the upgrades, it is pretty rare to find something put together like this in Rahat. The price feels fair for what you get, especially in this part of Mudon where homes do not come up often.
If you are even just a little bit curious, the best way is really to come take a look in person. If you want to chat or wander through at your own pace, just reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, it is always about finding the right feel for your next home.
