Pearl Jumeirah Villas, Pearl Jumeirah, Jumeirah
Some places just have that certain way of letting you know you are somewhere special before you have even made it to the kitchen. This six bedroom villa in Pearl Jumeirah is absolutely one of those. Right as you step through the tall doors you feel the space around you and honestly it is not just about the size which is definitely massive since both the plot and built up areas are big enough for pretty much anything you have in mind. Something about the way the sunlight fills the entrance and keeps going along the marble flooring just slows you down a bit. I actually took a second to look up at the ceiling and found myself appreciating the gentle curve of the staircase and even caught the faint sound of city life when I leaned out onto the terrace. Inside though everything goes peaceful. It is easy to forget that Downtown Dubai is barely a drive away or that Dubai Airport is somewhere out there.
You will notice how this Arabesque style villa stands out beautifully on Pearl Jumeirah. It is not shouting about it. It just feels pretty comfortable like it knows where it belongs. The patterns along some of the walls caught my eye and it is the kind of thing you only really notice once you spend a bit of time inside. The floors stay cool even if it is one of those hotter Dubai afternoons. There is a calm energy to this community. Pearl Jumeirah is exclusive but it is not busy and sometimes you get that little salt smell from the sea in the morning if the wind is right. City Walk is nearby maybe ten or fifteen minutes and because you are actually in Jumeirah you get that feeling you are close to everything but not stuck in the thick of it.
When you walk through the main reception rooms you will probably see yourself actually living in and using these spaces. Each room feels different. One fills up with streaks of light in the morning and I think if you are at home late in the day you might get that sunset burst coming through the windows. These are not rooms just for show not at all. You can imagine coffee with friends or maybe you just want a quiet corner to read. There is space for that here. The kitchen area almost made me think of Sunday lunches with everybody talking over one another. There is a show kitchen that looks perfect for entertaining and then tucked away you will find the proper catering kitchen where things really happen and nobody has to see the mess. It is the spot where you can actually get into cooking if you feel like it. And if you just need a coffee with a bit of early morning garden view well the space is perfect for that too.
Bedrooms are real retreats. Each one offers space to sleep in or just press pause on the day. The master bed is kind of its own world with its private bath where you will probably want to linger longer than you meant to maybe just taking in the stonework details. Wardrobes are built to be useful nothing too fancy but just right. Even the other bedrooms for kids or guests or whoever are generous with their space so you never have that boxed in feeling. I did notice the way the light changes depending on which room you are in. It is one of those small things you appreciate once you settle in.
Having a home gym is honestly a game changer. Not just a bike sitting in a corner but an actual fitted space where you can get started before breakfast if you want. Once you are done you can take a dip in the pool downstairs. It is so private and quiet I almost forgot I was even indoors. There is a spa area as well so you get to recharge whenever you want no need to book anything.
On a walk around the neighbourhood you will see families out in the evenings and kids riding bikes or people walking their dogs. There are those small touches like the bakery or coffee shops never being out of reach. You do not have to make a big plan out of going out. This part of Jumeirah really just makes life easy.
If you think this villa in Pearl Jumeirah could be right you should come and feel it for yourself. Reach out when you are ready or if you just want to talk through things. At LuxuryProperty.com we want to help make your next move an easy one.
