Parkway Vistas, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes make you want to just pause for a second and soak up the atmosphere as soon as you step inside. This modern five bedroom villa in Parkway Vistas at Dubai Hills Estate does exactly that. I still remember the first time I walked in with light pouring in from honestly massive floor to ceiling windows, the kind you stand next to and everything feels a little calmer right away. It is simply bright and open. You will notice the colors are neutral but not at all boring. That balance just puts you at ease. Maybe you even forget your phone for a while. It really does have that effect.
The living areas are where I ended up first. You will probably head toward them too because, well, they just draw you through the house. Even with all the crisp modern furniture arranged inside it never feels crowded. Each piece seems chosen to give space to the stone and soft colors you will notice through the whole villa. Nothing feels forced or styled just for photos. Go ahead and sit for a moment. From the lounge the view is that big Dubai skyline and if there are clouds you get all the light bouncing off the city. Burj Khalifa off in the distance sometimes feels so near you almost forget you are about ten minutes from Downtown Dubai. On normal days you will find there is no need to leave for a good view. Those big glass doors open straight out into the garden and let all the air and sunlight drift in. It is easy to imagine a gentle December breeze rolling through.
The kitchen caught my attention next. I have visited so many homes that look amazing in pictures but once you stand there you can tell no one ever actually cooks. Here it is different. The kitchen feels honestly like a place you will make a real meal. Miele appliances are tucked in so things stay looking neat. The space flows from the cooking area to the outside. On a weekend you might have coffee with the garden doors wide open while friends wander in or someone sits by the table in slippers reading the news. It is that kind of homely.
Step into the outdoor area and it feels almost like another living space. In Dubai these gardens really count and this one does not disappoint. That pool really is huge. Twenty two meters so you can actually do laps or just float and watch the sun. The grass is real and just right for barefoot walking. There is a barbecue setup that is perfect for laid back evenings a few friends and just tossing something on the grill. Kids tend to end up playing everywhere out here. Sometimes you just stand there and listen to water trickle or the birds fly by. It feels so private but you are not far at all from Dubai Hills Mall or the hospital or golf course.
Head upstairs and you get a real feeling of quiet and privacy. The main bedroom is just plain big. Double walk in closets, double sinks, and its own view balcony so mornings start with sunshine. Night times the city lights look pretty sharp from up there. There are two junior suites and another guest bedroom so everyone finds space. It just feels easy. There is even room on the rooftop for whatever you fancyโa little yoga at sunrise or just a comfy chair and a view of the stars. Views stretch right across Dubai Hills Estate and you can see families and kids on bikes below in the distance.
The basement is wide open for you to decide what to do. Maybe a cinema room or gym or just heaps of storage. And with a six car garage it is no problem to invite everyone over. There is a Schindler elevator which makes moving between floors easy. Even the help has a decent setup with its own room and access.
Dubai Hills Estate itself just feels well planned. Big trees everywhere, eighteen hole golf course, some good local spots to eatโnever far from a coffee shop. And it is quiet in the evenings.
To really feel this villa you kind of have to be here. I am happy to answer questions or if you would like to come and wander through just let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we want finding your new home to feel as natural as possible.
