Maple 3, Maple At Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just settle you right down as soon as you walk in. This four bedroom villa in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate just did that for me. You know that mix of warmth and easy sunlight where you kind of want to take your shoes off. That's the feeling I got the first time I stepped inside. Honestly, it just felt like the kind of place where you could drop your bags on a Friday and unwind without any fuss.
This villa is set in what people here call a single row. That basically means you will not look straight into someone else's garden from yours, so you get a bit more privacy and the air outside even felt a little fresher when I visited. I was out there for a few minutes, just listening. You could hear birds now and then which is not what you expect in a busy part of Dubai but Dubai Hills Estate is kind of quieter. If you like the idea of your own barbecue spot or a little outdoor breakfast table this place gives you just enough garden space to do it. The plot is around three thousand one hundred square feet which is plenty without feeling like you need to hire a gardener every week.
The inside feels open and simple. The built up area comes out to about two thousand four hundred sixty two square feet. You get this nice flow between rooms so it does not feel boxed in at all. Sometimes in new homes, you get lots of appliances but the kitchen is more for show. Here it actually feels like somewhere you would cook your own meals, maybe on a Tuesday night after a day at work. There is also a maid's room, and honestly, loads of people end up using that as a home office or a spot to stash all the kids' toys. It's got its own bathroom, too, which just makes life easier if you need an extra bit of privacy.
What really stands out is all the light. Big windows all through the living and dining area so even on a lazy afternoon there's this soft quilt of sunlight across the floor. Upstairs, all the bedrooms are away from the main living spaces which means you do not get every sound coming up. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and I always think that matters more than you realise. Mornings just work better when there are fewer queues. I remember leaning on the window ledge in the master bedroom looking out at the garden and picturing how a cool morning would feel. You might open the windows, let the day drift in with some music, maybe watch the sun come up before the city wakes.
Living in Maple at Dubai Hills Estate is a bit of a hidden gem. You might notice kids riding bikes on the safe streets in the evening and sometimes you see people jogging or just enjoying a walk before the sun warms things up. The parks are never far and that makes dog walks or evening strolls easy. There is a shopping mall not far from the villa that has all the basics covered. You might just go for a coffee and end up seeing a familiar face. Dubai Hills is known for its golf course, even if you are not into golf it brings a nice swath of green to the neighbourhood. Getting to places is easy enough, with Mall of the Emirates and main roads close by for quick trips to anywhere in Dubai. Schools and hospitals are nearby too so life just gets less stressful.
The finishes here are modern but nothing feels stiff or too formal. Bathrooms feel like places you actually want to use, and the lounge is relaxed but big enough to have friends over. Sometimes you will see photos online but honestly it is just not the same as standing here and feeling what the space is like for yourself. Maple at Dubai Hills Estate tends to attract friendly people of all ages who like a calm atmosphere but still want to feel part of something. Some families, some couples and a few retirees all seem to settle here.
If you are thinking about whether this villa could be right for you the best thing is just to come and see it. If you want to walk through or just ask a few questions feel free to reach out any time.
