Entertainment Foyer, Islamic Clusters, Jumeirah Islands
Some homes just have a certain calm about them and honestly this six bedroom villa in the Islamic Clusters at Jumeirah Islands is one of those places. I kind of paused when I first walked into the hallway. There is this quiet hush that feels different from most big Dubai homes especially when you look out and see a bit of lake and the green just past the windows. You get a sense you can close the door and leave the world outside for a while.
You might notice right away the villa sits a little higher than some of the neighbours so you catch these partial lake views that can surprise you in the late afternoon when the light falls just right. Sometimes you see families walking or biking past the cluster and the sound just fades by. Even pulling up to the villa there is a sense you are somewhere quietly tucked away but not far at all from everything you need. The coffee shop is a quick drive or a decent morning walk if you want to grab your own croissant.
Inside feels big. Honestly more space than most families will ever need but it makes sense once you walk around. The ground floor kind of flows naturally from one space to another. The main sitting room has this pale marble floor that feels cool when you kick off your shoes. I actually sat at the window there for a minute and almost forgot I was meant to view the kitchen next. There is a formal dining space and then a family area that would be perfect for movie nights or just watching the rain when one of those rare Dubai storms rolls in.
One of the things I like is the study and library. They have proper walnut wood floors that give off that almost old school book smell. It is the kind of place you can actually imagine sitting with a laptop or just a good old paperback and a cup of coffee. It does not feel fake or just for show. The kitchen is pretty serious too. Custom cabinetry everything fits just where you need it and you will see the appliances are ready for real cooking not just quick reheats. Sometimes you get these big Dubai houses with a kitchen no one uses but here it just feels like someone will cook and eat together.
Families with staff will like that there are separate maid and driver rooms so privacy is easy for everyone. There is no awkwardness about how people move through the house. Speaking of moving through the house there is actually a proper elevator which is also wheelchair friendly. I know that is not common in most villas in Jumeirah Islands.
You will notice all the clever technology pretty fast. The entire villa runs with Google Home so you can control the air con and other things with your voice. The owners really thought about sustainability here. Every single thing including the air conditioning runs on solar. You are still fully on the city grid of course just the bills will look a lot different at the end of the month. It is one of those things that just feels easy but also honestly pretty impressive for Dubai.
Out back you get a lap pool with an infinity edge and the pool has both heating and chilling. I love that feature. There is a deck you can slide over for bigger gatherings or just to find a new spot for a morning coffee or barbecue. The garden kind of wraps around more than you expect so you get these pockets of peace plus a view of greenery that makes living here feel a bit like being in your own resort not just a villa.
This villa is currently vacant and unfurnished so you can bring in your own style without worrying about someone else's taste. It has been fully upgraded already so that hassle is done. You get six bedrooms which is a lot plus all the extra space for work or hobbies whatever fits your life.
The only real way to know if this feels right is to walk through and just see how it feels to you. Bring your favorite playlist ask about the Google Home or just take a slow stroll around and soak in the lake view. If you want to know more or want to check it out in person just get in touch any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we honestly just want your next move to feel comfortable and easy.
