Golf Place 1, Golf Place, Dubai Hills Estate
Some homes just feel lighter as soon as you get inside. This five bedroom villa in Golf Place at Dubai Hills Estate really does that. I remember walking in and stopping near the glass windows in the living room for a second or two. There is so much sun in here you almost squint for a bit. And it does not have that chilly atmosphere that big houses sometimes get, even though the spaces are all pretty generous. Maybe it is the way everything opens up to the outside or just that corner plot feel. It makes you want to stay and see more, not rush through.
Honestly, the kitchen here stands out. It has been upgraded and you notice right away that it is designed to use, not just show off to friends. I leaned on the counter for a bit and watched how the garden wraps around the windows. Feels like you could actually make a real meal and chat with someone while looking outdoors. There is a maids room tucked away too, not in the way but not forgotten which helps if you have help at home or just need extra space.
This villa is spread over more than 5700 square feet which sounds huge on paper but when you walk around you realize it is well balanced. I remember calling out to a colleague from across the house and hearing my voice travel all the way to the back. Even with that much space, the bedrooms have this private suite feel. Each bedroom gets its own good bathroom so nobody really feels like they are sharing, which is nice for bigger families. What made me smile was all that natural marble underfoot. It just feels solid and cool even on warm days and the air conditioning is central but not cold enough that you reach for a sweater.
The living area is probably where you will find yourself the most. There is a fireplace in here which is pretty rare for Dubai and honestly I found myself wanting to sit by it for a moment and look outside. They have put in a built in entertainment wall so if you love your music or movie nights everything has its spot. Storage is done smartly too. Sometimes in these larger villas you find clutter here and there but here you can just tuck things away and let the place breathe a little. Right now the villa is unfurnished so you get to imagine your own furniture, your family photos or even art wherever you like. It feels like a blank page in the best way.
The garden space starts to catch your eye after a while. It wraps quietly along the villa and you can picture the kids playing outside or maybe you are having afternoon tea with some neighbours if you get friendly. The patio and outdoor sitting area get enough shade so even in the thick of summer you get a comfy corner to relax and not worry about sunburn. I actually stood out on the porch for a few minutes and heard birds, which surprised me. Every so often you see families heading home after playing golf or walking after dinner. The Dubai Hills golf course is just a few minutes away, which is a real plus if that is your thing, and there is tennis and basketball nearby for when you want something different. You will see people at the clubhouses most days and the pools are popular with both kids and adults, so even if you feel new to the area it is easy to connect and feel at home.
What is great about Golf Place at Dubai Hills is how tucked away it feels but you are never far from the good stuff. You can get to Dubai Hills Mall fast, which I have done plenty of times just to grab a quick coffee or pick up groceries. There are good schools close by and the main hospitals are easy to reach without fighting traffic. Sometimes living here it is easy to forget you are right in one of Dubai's best neighborhoods because it stays so peaceful.
The only way you will really know if this villa suits you is by coming through for a look. If you feel like this could work or you just want to get a sense of the space, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we always want moving to feel just a bit more personal and simple.
