Montgomerie Maisonettes, Emirates Hills Villas, Emirates Hills
Some homes just have a certain feel at the first step and this two bedroom villa in Emirates Hills gave me that right away. Honestly you do not get this kind of setting just anywhere in Dubai. Here you feel tucked away from the city noise but you are not far from anything at all. It has this peaceful energy to it and when I walked inside I just wanted to slow down for a bit and breathe. Right away you can sense there is something special about the flow and the way the sun moves through the villa. It is not the kind of place that makes you want to rush around. It just feels different. In Emirates Hills you get that real sense of privacy and greenery which is not that common in Dubai these days.
The villa sits right next to that famous Emirates Hills golf course you always hear about. I stood by the living room window early in the day with a cup of coffee and you really get to watch the sunlight crawling across the grass outside. Sometimes I even noticed a few birds bouncing around out there which is just a small touch but honestly it makes you smile. The plot is over two thousand square feet and built up space is generous. You have enough room to spread out but it never feels so huge you lose that cozy feeling. The open plan living and dining area is unfurnished so you do not have to try and picture your own things with someone else's taste. It actually helps. You can see right away where your favorite armchair might go or how your dining table would catch the afternoon sun. The kitchen is not an afterthought either. When you walk in you can picture making real meals not just reheating takeout. There is great natural light which lifts the whole place and sunlight likes to move across the rooms in the late afternoon. Sometimes you can almost forget your phone inside and just enjoy watching the changing sky.
Both bedrooms really do feel like little getaways inside the house. The bedrooms are spacious but not cold. Again you get those views that just give you a break from concrete and noise. It is so quiet at night you might just hear the breeze coming in from the terrace. The outdoor terrace is one of my favorite parts if I am being honest. The photos do not quite do it justice. You could set up a table for friends and just sit chatting until it gets dark or even start a small herb garden if that is your thing. From here you can watch golfers now and then or just watch the sun go down with nothing really blocking your view except for more green space.
Living in Emirates Hills Villas means you actually walk around sometimes. You see kids biking in the evenings people out for a stroll under the trees so it does not feel cut off from life. Shopping is never a hassle as the big malls are just nearby but you also get a few local places to eat and have coffee without fighting city traffic. If schools matter to you the area has some really good options close to home.
The villa itself is unfurnished which I think is a plus. You get this rare blank canvas feel so if you have your own ideas or something special you want to bring in you are not limited by what someone else liked. The whole plot is manageable for daily life. You get enough room to make it your own but you are not going to spend every weekend doing maintenance.
The simple truth is some places just make you feel settled in a way you do not expect and this two bedroom villa in Emirates Hills really hits that note. Of course you cannot really get the feel of it from pictures or online write ups so if you are even a little interested or just want to see it for yourself reach out whenever. I am happy to walk around with you and talk about the neighborhood. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next move to feel relaxed and right for you. If you have questions or just want a chat to see if Emirates Hills is the spot for your new villa you know where to find us.
