If you want the beach or downtown Dubai, you are connected to main roads pretty quick but most people I know here end up liking how the world seems a bit slower around this part of the city. You will also notice the community itself feels pretty established. Everyone seems to know everyone, but not in a nosy way.

This villa is vacant so you do not have to deal with the headache of someone packing up or waiting out notice periods. That is rare in Dubai right now. You can just move in and start fresh, whether it is your first home in the area or you are looking to find more space while staying close to friends. And sometimes when you are out in the back garden on a breezy afternoon, you forget you are in the city at all.
