There is always a park or play area nearby even if you do not have kids you will appreciate the space. A lot of the neighbours are long time residents and you notice people wave. Walkways connect out to the other phases of Arabella so you can get a good walk in.

If you need groceries or a snack you can reach Mudon community centre in five minutes. There is a Geant Supermarket, a British butcher for your weekend barbecue plans, a deli, a pharmacy, and even a Starbucks and Krispy Kreme for the cravings. Honestly it just feels like the shops you need are never a hassle. Even a couple little restaurants when you want to skip cooking.
