Sometimes you catch sight of people dressed up for a show and you remember how everything is just close by. It's the kind of area where you can meet friends at a coffee shop after work or just head out for a walk when you need a break. Even on quiet mornings you see folks out jogging or families grabbing breakfast together.

If you want to feel truly in the centre of Downtown you really cannot get more central than here. The places to eat and shop are plenty but it never feels like you are cut off from getting home and just relaxing. The apartment is ready and waiting for someone who wants things easy.
