2 Bedroom Apartment in Trident Bayside, Dubai Marina

Some homes just have a way of making you slow down the second you walk inside. This two bedroom apartment with a study at Trident Bayside, right along the Dubai Marina waterfront, really has that effect. I stood by the window for a while the first time I visited and watched boats glide by below and honestly for a second it felt like you could stay there all afternoon and just unwind.

So you get this spacious feeling right away with almost sixteen hundred square feet and it does not feel cramped at all. Two real bedrooms plus that study room which could be your work from home spot or just a calm reading nook. The master bedroom kind of draws you in with its own private balcony facing the city. At night all the lights just make it a little bit magic. There is plenty of storage tucked into built in cupboards so you do not need to worry about clutter piling up. Everywhere you look the windows are wide and there is always something going on outside to catch your eye.

The kitchen is actually somewhere you would want to cook for real and not just heat up leftovers. Appliances already fitted in so you do not have to sort that out yourself and yes there is even a TV here so you can keep up with the cricket or whatever you are into while cooking. Bathrooms are finished in a way that feels thoughtful. Two with bathtubs if you like the idea of just soaking for a while and then there is another big shower room so everyone can get ready in their own space and not bump into each other on busy mornings.

The building itself is that type of place where it is easy to settle in. The pool on the fifth floor looks out over the full stretch of the Marina. You might find yourself just floating and watching yachts move past. Gym is properly equipped so you do not really have excuses and there is also a sauna plus steam room if you are into the whole wellness side of things. One of my favorite spots is actually the yoga studio up there. It feels peaceful even if you are just starting out. Kids always seem to be having fun down at the playground in the afternoons and if you like a slow game there is a room for billiards and one for table tennis.

Day to day life here just feels easy. You pull into underground parking and even when you have a lot of shopping bags you are straight in the lift up to your door. Security is on all the time so you always feel comfortable. And honestly you can leave the car parked because Marina Walk is right outside with all the restaurants and coffee shops you could want. Waitrose is just round the corner for groceries and if you want a movie night Reel Cinemas at Marina Mall is so close you can even walk home after. Sometimes I see all sorts of people here young couples biking along the water families going for ice cream sunset runners. The best thing is everything is nearby and yet when you are in the apartment it feels private.

Getting anywhere in Dubai is pretty simple from here too. Sheikh Zayed Road is a couple of minutes away if you drive and both Metro and Tram stops are within walking distance. On weekends you might pop down to The Beach for a swim or just relax at one of the cafes.

It is really one of those places that suits different lifestyles. Whether you work late in the city centre or do your own thing from home the space never feels limiting.
