2 Bedroom Apartment in The Links, The Views

Some apartments kind of feel like they're waiting for the right person. I think this two bedroom spot at Links West Tower in The Views is one of those. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was just how easy the sunlight fills up the space. There are these windows that go almost floor to ceiling and to be honest I stood there for a minute or two looking out over the golf course and lake. It is the kind of view people hope to find in Dubai but do not always get. In the daytime, you catch the sun bouncing off the greens and you can see little groups walking along the fairways. At night, the city gets softer and you still see the lake giving back the city lights. Honestly even if you are not really into golf it is a pretty peaceful scene.

The living area is built for actual living, not just for taking nice photos. The layout just flows and you could imagine people hanging out here or maybe a few friends coming over for dinner and everyone gathering close to the balcony. The kitchen is just a few steps off to the side. It is not just for show. There is plenty of room for someone who likes to cook for real. I noticed the appliances are pretty modern and you could fit quite a bit into the cupboards if you need to. Plus you get that view over the golf course just by standing at the counter. So even making breakfast feels a bit special.

Both bedrooms feel tucked away and comfortable. There are built in wardrobes made out of this really good looking dark wood. Not the shiny stuff you see too much of some places. There is a big swimming pool area where you sometimes see families on the weekends or people doing laps early before work. You might hear kids playing near the outdoor play area or smell someone firing up a BBQ in the evenings. Guests always have a place to wait in the lobby and honestly the security guys know most faces around here. It just feels pretty safe.

Life in The Views is actually that bit different from some places in Dubai. The streets feel calmer and in the evenings you see couples walking dogs or people grabbing a coffee on the way home. There are schools and nurseries close enough that you do not have to think too hard about morning runs. Tennis courts are nearby if that is your thing. The nearest little market is about a five minute walk and for bigger shopping you have the Mall of the Emirates not far either. The commute into downtown is pretty straightforward thanks to the road connections and you are at the airport not long after leaving your place if you travel a lot.
