Some evenings you will see couples walking or people running around the water. It is not just a place to live, it actually feels like somewhere you can settle in.

Getting around is simple since you are near Sheikh Zayed Road which basically links you to everywhere in Dubai. If work is somewhere else in the city, the commute does not feel like a chore and you are close to hospitals and shopping when you need them. The building itself stays pretty tidy and secure. It is looked after by Emaar, which I have come to trust over the years, mostly because things get fixed and there is always someone around if you need help.
