The Address Residence Fountain Views 1, The Address Residence Fountain Views, Downtown Dubai
Some homes just remind you to take a breath when you step inside. That is exactly what happened to me when I opened the door to this two bedroom apartment at The Address Residence Fountain Views in Downtown Dubai. Light sort of spilled out across the floor and I thought for a minute how nice it must be to come home here after a busy day out in the city. You have got views of the Burj Khalifa from your window, you can actually see all the way to the Dubai Fountain from the balcony, and you almost want to just stand there with a coffee for a while and watch the world do its thing outside. You always hear how Downtown Dubai is fast and bright but up here looking out you mostly notice how peaceful it is.
What I really noticed is how fresh everything feels. The layout is open so you can drift from your living area to the dining space without a single bump or squeeze. The afternoon I visited, sunlight poured in through the huge windows, catching little glints on the kitchen counters. The kitchen itself is not one of those places that looks nice but never gets used. The counters are wide, the appliances are high quality and actually tucked out of the way, so you can prep a meal or just grab a snack without feeling cramped. Even if you are not much of a cook, you will probably want to try.
One thing people ask about is privacy and honestly both bedrooms here just feel like their own little calm spots. Each bedroom has its own bathroom right inside so you don't have to wander down the hallway half asleep. The closets are built in and you can fit pretty much everything. You might even find yourself with extra space, which is rare for the city. The interiors do not try too hard either, everything is just cool and soft, some nice finishes here and there but nothing loud.
I have been in a lot of apartments around Downtown Dubai and not all of them feel this quiet. You will barely notice anyone else. Maybe a little music in the lobby sometimes but up in the actual home you just hear the hum of the city way down below and sometimes the sound of the fountains if they are going in the evening. It really is something.
Location always matters and here it just makes life simpler. The Dubai Mall is so close you could walk over without thinking twice and honestly sometimes you forget your car for days at a time. If you like eating out, there are cafes and restaurants scattered all around, even a couple of quiet coffee shops down the street where people read the paper early in the morning. If you need to get anywhere else, Sheikh Zayed Road is just a turn or two away. Plus, when you want to work out or unwind, there is a gym with brand new equipment and infinity pools that almost look like they blend into the skyline. The building has a spa as well, which is one of those things you might not use every day but when you need it, it feels pretty great.
Security and help are about as solid as you get in Dubai, with a team on hand around the clock who most residents know by name after a while. The place is vacant right now but honestly it does not have that empty feeling, everything is ready for someone to walk in and start making it home.
I think everyone who lives in Downtown Dubai knows this building. It is a real address, not just an apartment block. It feels special but never fussy. You get all the luxury touches, from the lobby downstairs to the finish in each room, but at the end of the day it just feels easy to live here.
The only way to know if it feels right is to come and see it for yourself. If you have questions, or you just want to have a look around, reach out whenever you like. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just want your next move to feel as comfortable as possible.
