Some homes have this certain calm about them and honestly this two bedroom apartment in Shoreline at Palm Jumeirah just feels like one of those places. I remember standing at the window and watching the sunlight drift across the sea and it made me want to just slow down a bit and breathe. You walk in and almost straight away the view just pulls you in. The Burj Al Arab sort of floats out there and at the same time you can see how close you are to the water. And yes there is a private beach club you can use plus swimming pools and some really nice fitness spots right nearby. Walking around the grounds in the early evening is one of those little joys you do not realize you will appreciate until you live here.

Both bedrooms are honestly comfortable. You look at the layout and it is clear someone cared about giving each bedroom that bit of privacy and space. The ensuite bathrooms actually have a bit of style thanks to the high quality finishes no rough corners or budget details if you know what I mean. The master suite opens right out onto the balcony so you could start your day with a coffee and that incredible sea view if that is your thing. What gets me is the way natural light just fills the whole apartment from those floor to ceiling windows. Some days you almost forget your phone and just watch the boats move by outside.

Life on Palm Jumeirah is never boring and this Shoreline community feels like city and island at the same time. With coffee shops around the corner and a few stores for the day to day things you can actually get most of what you need without heading out of the area. Sometimes in the evenings you will see kids biking along the paths or couples strolling by the water people are friendly too so you do not feel lost even if you are new to Dubai.

This apartment is vacant so you do not have to wait around. If you are after a straightforward move into a place where life can just get a bit easier I think this is a good option. The sea view is always the star here but you will also notice it is simply comfortable from the first step inside.
