Serenia Residences North, Serenia Residences The Palm, Palm Jumeirah
Some places just pull you in right away and this two bedroom apartment at Serenia Residences on Palm Jumeirah does exactly that. I remember walking in with the beach just a short stroll away behind me and before I could even say a word you have that view through these floor to ceiling windows that just stops you for a second The light in here is the first thing you notice. It is bright but soft almost the way it feels in a resort so you remember that you are not in a regular city apartment. You are on the Palm and it actually feels a little like being on holiday every day.
The space is about 1780 square feet so you can stretch out. Honestly it is pretty spacious for only being a two bedroom and with this being right up on the highest floor you do not hear a thing except maybe the waves on a quiet night. The living room is laid out in a way that just works especially if you like having friends or family over. Sometimes people sit at the table and other times you sprawl out in front of the windows or even wander out on the balcony. That balcony sort of becomes its own little spot because the sea and the Palm and even that marina skyline seem to change every time you look. Even on cloudier days it is still calming and you end up watching the boats for way longer than you mean to.
The kitchen is open plan and has these modern built in appliances. Nothing feels showy or fake here it is just easy to make a proper meal or a midnight snack. One of the little things I like is the way you can be cooking and still look out at the view or chat with someone in the living room. It does not feel closed off and sometimes you almost forget your phone because you are actually present in the moment.
Both bedrooms are en suite and they just feel private even though you are up high. The master is bigger than many I have seen lately with a walk in closet that is honestly more useful than you think when moving in. There are little spots here in the bedrooms where you get those surprise views too whether it is the sunrise coming in or the lights from the marina late at night. The bathrooms come with these smart finishes and even the water stays hot no matter what time you wander in after a swim or a gym session.
Speaking of the gym it is one of those places you will actually use. Some people do yoga out on the lawn in the mornings. The gym looks out over the water. And then there is the private beach that pretty much feels like it is just yours. Every now and then you see kids running around or people walking at sunset and it just feels relaxed and safe. The pool is one I have seen people spend hours at. Even the landscaped community areas get a lot of afternoon sun and have lots of little green corners so you can find some shade if you want it.
Around here there is always a good coffee shop not far if you need a morning pick me up and honestly on the weekends you see a lot of the same friendly faces around so it almost starts to feel like a small community in the best way. Getting into the city from the Palm always feels faster than you expect and sometimes you forget you are even in Dubai until you head back over that bridge and remember the buzz of everything.
It is easy to say a place is luxurious but really this one just feels well cared for and thought out. It would make a great base for someone looking for a primary home in Dubai or even a second home for those getaways when you need the beach and the views. Like any home though you have to feel it for yourself and see if it is right. Reach out if you are curious or just want to have a look around. At LuxuryProperty dot com we try to keep things honest and comfortable so your next move feels like settling in not just changing address.
